Nindya Karya Strengthens Structural and Architectural Work Quality through Foreman Competency Improvement Training

Jakarta - Nindya Karya continues to strengthen the quality of project implementation by preparing its frontline personnel in the field. This commitment is being realized through the two-day Structural and Architectural Work Quality Improvement Training for Foremen, held from December 19–20, 2025, in the Nindya Building Hall. This activity is part of the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, which aligns with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and aims to encourage workforce competency improvement for more productive, safe, and sustainable work.
This training is designed to strengthen foremen's capabilities in ensuring the quality of structural and architectural work consistently meets company standards. Beyond technical aspects, the training also emphasizes procedural discipline, thorough quality control, and strengthening foremen's leadership in managing work rhythms, maintaining orderly execution, and ensuring effective field coordination. With this knowledge, foremen are expected to be able to make quick and accurate decisions without compromising quality standards, safety, and work risk management.
PT Nindya Karya's Director of Finance & Risk Management, Sri Haryanto, emphasized that strengthening foreman competencies is key to maintaining quality, mitigating risks, and improving project performance.
"We encourage this training to increase foremen's adherence to quality standards and procedures, while also being more responsive to job risks," said Sri Haryanto.
This training represents a concrete step for Nindya Karya in strengthening the quality of structural work by enhancing the competency of foremen as field managers. With foremen becoming more disciplined in their adherence to procedures and quality standards, Nindya Karya also ensures more effective, efficient, safe, and sustainable project performance, while strengthening the company's competitiveness in the national construction industry.
