Nindya Karya Strengthens Talent Collaboration Through Campus Hiring at Hasanuddin University

Gowa (25/2) - PT Nindya Karya once again held a Campus Hiring event at the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University (Unhas). This event was made even more special by the presence of the President Director of PT Nindya Karya, Firmansyah, and the Director of Business Development & HR, Eduard Batubara. Also in attendance were the Senior Vice President of the Human Capital Division, Deni Dwiraharja; the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr.-Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, ST., MT., IPM., ASEAN. Eng.; the Chairman of the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, Ir. Muh. Sapri Pamulu, Ph.D., IPU; along with the management of PT Nindya Karya and the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University.

Through Campus Hiring, Nindya Karya provides extensive opportunities for the best talents from the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, to join and contribute to various strategic projects. This activity also represents Nindya Karya's commitment to developing superior human resources capable of meeting the needs of the national construction and infrastructure industry.

In addition to the recruitment process, the series of activities also included the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and a public lecture, strengthening the collaboration between Nindya Karya and the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University. This collaboration is expected to lay the foundation for the development of more structured programs, ranging from talent scouting, internships, industry-based curricula, to applied research opportunities that support innovation and increased competitiveness.

The management of Nindya Karya and the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University, hopes that through the implementation of Campus Hiring and the signing of this MoA, a sustainable partnership in professional talent development can be established, while also opening up broader opportunities for young people to contribute to the construction sector to accelerate national development.
