Nindya Karya's Subsidiary Holds GMS for 2021 Fiscal Year

A subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya, PT Nindya Tirta Unggul, held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2021 Financial Year on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 virtually. The Annual GMS was attended by Rusliadi as Commissioner of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul, Surahman as President Director of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul, as well as shareholders represented by the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto and General Manager of PT Alam Wiratama Kencana Muhammad Fika. PT Nindya Tirta Unggul is a subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya with 95% share ownership, which is engaged in the provision and development of drinking water supply systems (SPAM) and the clean water industry as well. Total Assets of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul in 2021 reached Rp32.31 billion, with Total Liabilities of Rp16.88 billion and Total Equity of Rp15.43 billion.

At the Annual GMS for the 2021 Fiscal Year of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul, all shareholders approved and ratified the entire agenda of the GMS, namely the approval of the annual report and ratification of the financial statements as well as the report on the implementation of the supervisory duties of the Board of Commissioners during the 2021 financial year. 2021, as well as the establishment of a public accounting firm to audit the company's financial statements for the 2022 financial year.

With the holding of this Annual GMS, PT Nindya Tirta Unggul is expected to increase added value and stakeholder trust. From a business perspective, Nindya Karya's investment in the Water Supply System sector is in line with the government's infrastructure development direction, which focuses on areas related to the lives of many people, one of which is the water and sanitation sector. This investment is expected to increase Nindya Karya's business performance from the subsidiary's recurring income in connection with the high potential of the drinking water and sanitation business for the needs of the industrial area in Cilacap.
