Optimistic About Transformation and Sustainable Performance, PT Nindya Karya Holds Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM)

Jakarta (June 26) – PT Nindya Karya held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for the 2024 Financial Year at the Jakarta Room, Danareksa Tower, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta. The purpose of the GMS was to present the company's performance report, ratify the audited annual financial statements, and formulate the company's future strategic direction.
Present were PT Danareksa (Persero), representing PT Danareksa (Persero) as the holder of Series B shares of PT Nindya Karya and chairing the GMS, Adi Pamungkas Daskian, Director of Investment 3 of PT Danareksa (Persero), and the full composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT Nindya Karya.
In their presentation, Nindya Karya management stated that the company has successfully recorded positive growth, both in terms of operating revenue and operational cost efficiency. Despite facing challenges in the national construction and infrastructure sector, the company has managed to maintain business sustainability.
During the 2024 financial year, Nindya Karya also implemented several strategic initiatives established in collaboration with Danareksa Holding, including strengthening risk management, digitizing business processes, enhancing human resource capabilities and expertise, and penetrating new market sectors. All of these initiatives support the achievement of the 2024 Key Performance Indicator (KPI), which indicates the company's overall performance against established targets.
In addition to business aspects, the GMS also reviewed the implementation of the 2024 Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Program. Nindya Karya has made tangible contributions to education, the environment, and Community Involvement and Development (CID) in various regions. Through the GMS, Nindya Karya affirmed its commitment to continuing to run a sustainable business and positively impact the environment and surrounding communities.
