PT Nindya Karya Officially Appoints the Director of the Nindya Karya Pension Fund

PT Nindya Karya appointed the Director of the Nindya Karya Pension Fund on Tuesday (6/6). Sarah Minar Nissi Sitanggang was officially appointed as Director of the Nindya Pension Fund to replace Muhammad Rusdi.

The activity, which was carried out directly at the 9th floor of the Nindya Building, was also attended by the Director of Finance, HR & Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto as the founder of the Nindya Karya pension fund, Chairman of the Nindya Karya Pension Fund Supervisory Board Broto Hariadi, and the entire Pension Fund Supervisory Board and Management Nindya Karya.

In his remarks, the Director of Finance, HR & Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto appreciated the performance of the Nindya Karya pension fund. However, there are still a number of things that need to be improved based on the results of the due diligence carried out together with the Danareksa holding.

He also advised, "to improve the competence of the Board of Trustees and Management, training is needed so that the management of the Pension Fund becomes more professional so that it can maintain a healthy condition of pension funds as it is today," he said.

Nindya Karya is committed to the welfare of Nindya's employees who are entering retirement age by improving the management of a healthier and surplus pension fund, so as to reduce the burden on employers in the future.
