PT Nindya Karya's 2026 Women Leader Training and Workshop Program.

Themed "Women Leading Transformation: Building Sustainable Impact for the Future," this program is a women's capacity building program organized by the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) unit of PT Nindya Karya (Persero). This program is a learning platform designed to strengthen women's competencies, self-confidence, and leadership qualities in facing professional and social challenges.

The program was attended by approximately 65 outstanding women, consisting of employees from the head office, subsidiaries, project and cooperatives. The program also featured various inspirational materials, including topics on Women's Leadership delivered by Nova Silalahi, Customer Success Director Southeast Asia (SEA) - PT SAP; Opinion Delivery Techniques & Public Speaking delivered by Balques Manisang, Communication Trainer; and Women's Psychology delivered by Intan Erlita, Psychologist and Founder of Titik Putih. Feminine Leadership & Hypnotherapy Healing, presented by Mega Kartika, Hypnotherapy & Feminity Coach, and Color and Image Analysis sessions delivered by Christiana Joan, Color & Image Consultant.

This program aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5: Gender Equality, through efforts to increase the capacity and empower women to actively participate and make broader contributions to sustainable development.
