#InsanNindya, through the Nindya Learning Center (NLC), Nindya again held the Nindya Oriented Briefing and Eager Learning (NOBEL) as an effort to transform the competency improvement of NINDYA employees through online learning media (12/11).
Acting as a speaker was the General Manager of the Center of Excellence PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. Tamjianto, ST. MM. with the theme of Construction Business Development Abroad.
In his presentation, Tamjianto stated that in starting the company's business expansion abroad, there are at least a number of things that must be considered, such as determining expansion goals that can be done through research and other opportunities such as offers of cooperation, then understanding the business environment and related regulations that apply in destination countries such as , finance, taxation, export, import and other regulations, then determine the strategy for entering and leaving the destination country and finally, preparing resources and a qualified management team for overseas assignments.
He added that the process of business expansion abroad takes a long time, this is because exploration and learning are needed as a first step in determining a business outside Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Director of Marketing & Development Moeharmein Zein Chaniago in his remarks said that the implementation of NOBEL with this theme is in line with the change in NINDYA's new vision, namely, Becoming a Global Company in the Field of Reliable, Leading and Sustainable Engineering-based investment and construction. So, the implementation of these activities can trigger the enthusiasm of all Nindya people to help the company achieve its vision.
Acting as the moderator for the Principal of Nindya Learning Center, Ahmad Misbah, said that currently, the spirit of synergy between BUMNs must be improved from all aspects such as marketing, engineering, legal and others. so that Indonesian companies, especially in the construction sector, can become competent global business actors.
