Shoring System in Manggarai Main Line Project Development

#InsanNindya, do you know that in the construction world there are construction methods on roads or other locations without having to interfere with the activities or mobility underneath. The name of the method is the Shoring Method.

The shoring system itself is implemented in several infrastructure developments in the country, including projects undertaken by NINDYA, one of which is the construction of Railway Facilities for Manggarai to Jatinegara (Package A) (Phase II) “Main Line I Work” in Jakarta.

Basically, the Shoring System is a series of scaffolding to support the portal beam concrete casting process. The process of casting concrete usually requires a formwork process where the work requires a large enough space for the placement of scaffolding.

Well.. the system was carried out on the Manggarai Station Development Project where the Track or Railroad must remain active to meet passenger needs, especially for the Jakarta Bogor Depok Tangerang and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) Areas.

The selection of the Shoring System for Formwork for Active Railroad Tracks is the right method and is an Innovation of the current Foundry Work Method. The Shoring Method utilizes the system formwork method with Peri up, Main Beam, and Cross Beam scaffolds.

Some of the other advantages of the shoring system used in the Manggarai Main Line project include that the train can still run as it should without reducing performance, formwork work can still be carried out without being hindered by train operating time and formwork work is safer than using scaffolding piles that can intersect with Train.

Cool, right?
