Strengthening Synergy, 4 Main Directors of Nindya Karya Cross Generation attend the 2023 National Working Meeting Gala Dinner

Bali – A very special moment occurred at PT Nindya Karya where 4 (four) Main Directors of different generations were able to unite on the same occasion. That opportunity was the 2023 National Work Meeting (RAKERNAS) Gala Dinner.

The 4 (four) main directors of PT Nindya Karya who attended were Kiming Marsono, the main director for the 2008-2009 period, I Gusti Ngurah Putra, the main director for the 2011-2014 period, Indrajaya Manopol, the main director for the 2014-2019 period, and Haedar A. Karim, the main director for the 2019-2019 period. 2023 which is currently still active.

Main Director Haedar A. Karim in his remarks conveyed the importance of friendship between Directors across generations. He added that meeting opportunities should be used to share knowledge. "Don't let this meeting be just a meeting, we have to take knowledge from it," he said.

On this occasion, a farewell ceremony was also held for the President Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya for the 2019-2022 period Sugiyartanto to the President Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya for the next period 2022-2027 Rachman Arief Dienaputra.

The Gala Dinner was the closing of the 2023 Nindya Karya National Working Group activities. Previously, activities began with the 2023 National Work Meeting (RAKERNAS), which was attended by the Directors, Board of Commissioners and all Work Unit and Business Unit Officials as well as the Project Manager. The following day, January 28, 2023, Outbound was held to strengthen collaboration between work units & business units as well as visits to the HIN project on the same day to share knowledge and equalize perceptions across units so as to create uniformity in quality and standardization.

The gala dinner as the closing of the 2023 RAKERNAS series is expected to strengthen the relationship between directors, commissioners and all officials in charge of their respective positions as well as all Nindya Karya employees to continue to advance the company so that it can continue to grow sustainably.
