2025 Intercompany Transaction Consignment Strengthens PT Nindya Karya's Financial Data Reconciliation

PT Nindya Karya, through its Finance and Accounting Division, held a 2025 Intercompany Transaction Consignment on December 30–31, 2025, in Jakarta. Forty participants from the Head Office, Business Units, and Subsidiaries (PT Nindya Beton and PT Nindya Tirta Unggul) attended the event. The event was opened by Broto Hariadi, Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, who emphasized that 2025 is full of challenges, particularly related to the integration of BUMN Karya Cluster 2, interim financial statement audits, and the implementation of ICOFR. He also expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the entire team.

The consignment was held to reconcile intercompany transactions and strengthen coordination between entities. Through this activity, the company hopes that the implementation of intercompany transaction reconciliation will be consistent and sustainable, thereby increasing the quality of financial data and supporting the company's audit and reporting needs.
