As an archipelagic country, Indonesia certainly places connectivity infrastructure as a vital means of achieving the goal of equitable social welfare, especially in the economic sector. The government is currently working to meet these needs in order to create a better competitiveness for the Indonesian economy.

One of Nindya's participation as a state-owned enterprise engaged in the construction service sector is Nindya's involvement in the Kendari Bay Bridge project, in Southeast Sulawesi. The existence of the Kendari Bay Bridge that connects the Kota Lama and Poasia areas aims to facilitate traffic connectivity and accessibility for residents to increase economic productivity.
