Best in Human Resource Management, Nindya Karya Wins 2 Awards at the 2024 BUMN Award

JAKARTA – PT Nindya Karya won two prestigious awards at the 2024 BUMN Award held at the Java Ballroom, Westin Hotel, South Jakarta on Wednesday (13/03). The two awards are Best CEO in Integrating Human Capital Management System and Best 1 in the Category of Talent Development & Superior Human Resources of BUMN Companies.

The Best CEO in Integrating Human Capital Management System award was won by Nindya Karya's President Director, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, for his leadership in integrating the HR management system in the company. This was done through the implementation of various programs and policies that focus on talent development, improving employee competency, and creating a positive work culture.

Meanwhile, the Best 1 award in the Category of Talent Development & Superior Human Resources of BUMN Companies was won by Nindya Karya for its commitment to developing talents and building superior human resources. Director of Business Development and HR Eduard Batubara was present to receive the award.

The 2024 BUMN Award is an award event organized by The BUMN Track to give appreciation to BUMNs that show performance and achievements in various fields. This event is attended by all BUMNs in Indonesia and is assessed by a panel of judges consisting of experts in the fields of economics and business management.
