Ensure the Anti-Bribery Management System Runs Well, Nindya Karya Holds ISO 37001:2016 Surveillance Audit

JAKARTA – PT Nindya Karya held the Opening Surveillance Audit ISO 37001:2016, related to the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) as an effort to ensure that the company has implemented anti-bribery governance properly. (6/6)

The Surveillance Audit conducted by The British Standards Institution was held for 2 (two) days starting from 6 to 7 June 2024. Which includes business processes and the implementation of the anti-bribery management system at Nindya Karya.

Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya, Sri Haryanto said, PT Nindya Karya has implemented the Anti-Bribery Management System since 2020. Thus, this surveillance is expected to ensure that the SMAP at PT Nindya Karya has been implemented properly.

"Nindya Karya has been implementing SMAP for five years since 2020. With this surveillance, we all know whether the implementation of SMAP in Nindya Karya has been running properly," he said.

Sri Haryanto also added that the implementation of SMAP is a commitment of Nindya Karya management to continue to improve Good Corporate Governance. Where, SMAP is designed to prevent, detect and respond to bribery throughout the Company's operations which include various elements, including, clear and firm anti-bribery policies, procedures and processes designed to prevent bribery, anti-bribery education and training for employees and a safe and effective whistleblowing system.

Present at the event were Director of Finance & Risk Management Sri Haryanto, Auditor of The British Standards Institution Imam Fakhrurozi, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Unit, Corporate Secretary, Senior Vice President and Vice President of PT Nindya Karya.
