Holding GMS, Nindya Karya Subsidiaries Optimistic to Achieve Brilliant Performance

Jakarta – Two subsidiaries of PT Nindya Karya, namely PT Nindya Tirta Unggul and PT Nindya Beton, held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for the 2023 Financial Year at the 8th Floor of the Nindya Building, East Jakarta (28/6).

The General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul and PT Nindya Beton was attended by the Board of Directors of PT Nindya Karya as the majority Shareholder, the Board of Commissioners & Directors of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul and PT Nindya Beton. On this occasion, the two companies presented their latest financial performance reports and formulated future strategies in achieving the company's performance targets.

The 2023 Annual Performance Realization Report from the two subsidiaries of PT Nindya Karya received approval and ratification of all GMS agendas by the Shareholders. On this occasion, the Shareholders gave their appreciation for the performance of the two companies and at the same time provided direction, suggestions and advice to the Board of Directors of PT Nindya Tirta Unggul and PT Nindya Beton.

Thus, this GMS is not only a forum for making strategic decisions, but also a momentum to build a solid foundation in facing future challenges and opportunities.
