Improve Corporate Governance, Nindya Karya Holds Good Corporate Governance Implementation Workshop

Jakarta – Nindya Karya held a workshop themed Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Implementation which aims to improve understanding and application of GCG principles in the corporate environment. This workshop was attended by representatives of the heads of work unit divisions and business units (11/26).

In his remarks, Nindya Karya Commissioner Dadang Rukmana said that GCG is one of the important aspects that must be implemented consistently to improve transparency, accountability, and credibility of the company, as well as create trust among stakeholders. Representing the Board of Commissioners, Dadang appreciated the implementation of this activity, which is expected to be an important moment in the journey of transformation and strengthening a superior and competitive company.

Meanwhile, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago as President Director of Nindya Karya said that fundamentally Nindya Karya has a positive trend in the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) assessment score from 2018 to 2023. Moeharmein also hopes that this workshop can improve the understanding, implementation and supervision of strong GCG to achieve sustainable company performance.

This workshop presents resource persons who are experts in the field of GCG from PT Kharisma Integrasi (PT KIM Consult) including, Mrs. Agri Chairunisa Israd S.H., M.Hum, Mr. Argiana Reisa Fahlevi, S.H., M.H., M.Kn, Mr. Ismaya Aji, S.E., M.Ec., M.Ak and Mr. Herovan Alfin, S.H. The participants are invited to understand and explore various GCG concepts, such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness, which are the main guidelines in company management.

Through this workshop, Nindya Karya has committed to taking concrete steps to strengthen the implementation of GCG in every line of the organization. One of them is by conducting periodic evaluations of the existing management system and conducting training for all employees, to ensure they have the same understanding of the importance of transparency and accountability in every action taken.
