In the context of Rotation and Leadership Regeneration Nindya Inaugurates Several Officials

Jakarta - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) carried out the inauguration of officials in the context of leadership rotation and regeneration on Monday (4/4).

The officials appointed to occupy several structural positions for the placement of work units and business units at the level one level or two levels below the Board of Directors. The inaugurated officials are Nindya employees who have received promotions and rotations in new work units or business units.

The official inauguration activity was led directly by the President Director of Nindya Karya Haedar A. Karim and was attended by other members of the Board of Directors. It is carried out in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) manner while maintaining health protocols, after the names of new officials and positions are announced, all inaugurated officials then take an oath of office and sign an integrity pact.

In his direction, the President Director of Nindya Karya Haedar A. Karim stated that changes in the Company's management are commonplace as a form of the Company's quick response in dealing with changes and business dynamics. Changes in management are also evidence of Nindya's continued success in building a cadre of leaders that have an impact on building performance towards a better direction.

“A good leader is a leader who is able to create new leaders and produce even better performance in the future. I advise the newly inaugurated officials to be able to account for the mandate given by carrying out their duties and responsibilities as well as possible as stated in the AKHLAK culture".
