Maintaining Anti-Bribery Commitment, Nindya Karya Conducts ISO 37001:2016 Surveillance Audit

As a concrete manifestation of its commitment to clean and integrity-based corporate governance, PT Nindya Karya again conducted an ISO 37001:2016 Surveillance Audit related to the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP), on Monday (16/6), located in the meeting room on the 5th floor of the Nindya Building.

This audit is part of an ongoing effort to ensure that the implementation of anti-bribery principles across all lines of the company runs consistently, effectively, and in accordance with international standards. This activity is not only to fulfill certification obligations, but also becomes a strategic momentum to strengthen the culture of integrity within the Nindya Karya environment.

Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Systems, Taufik Hidayat, in his remarks emphasized that the sustainability of the company is highly dependent on how strongly the integrity values ​​are maintained by every Nindya employee.

"The implementation of an anti-bribery management system is not just about compliance, but also part of a corporate strategy to build a foundation for sustainability. Employees who uphold integrity are important assets that can maintain the company's reputation amidst the increasingly complex dynamics of the construction industry," said Taufik.

Since first obtaining ISO 37001 certification in 2020, Nindya Karya has consistently carried out surveillance audits as a form of seriousness in building a company that is transparent, accountable, and free from corrupt practices.
