Nindya Agility Learning Center In Responding to Covid-19 Pandemic

#InsanNindya, in the midst of the co-19 pandemic, Nindya Karya through the Nindya Learning Center (NLC) is increasingly giving intensive training to its employees so that they can continue to improve performance and adapt to any conditions. (6/22)
Nindya Learning Center (NLC) is a special training forum formed by the Company which acts as a strategic vehicle to strengthen the ability of individuals and organizations to make the Company a Center of Excellence. Since it was formed, the NLC has synergized with the HR Development Section, which is responsible for providing training and education to employees systematically and continuously based on the existing curriculum.
NLC itself has 3 (three) main roles namely, Center of Leader Wherein, NLC is the center for forming global quality leaders. The second is the Center of Competence, where NLC as a Talent forming center that meets critical competencies to strengthen organizational competencies so that it supports the performance of the Company and the third is the Center of Certification, where NLC builds national and international certification programs in line with the HR Management roadmap to develop standardized employees Global.
Head of the HR Department Hidayat Wahyudi hopes, with the establishment of the NLC as a forum for employee development, it can become one of the pillars that encourages the creation of Learning Culture for the Center of Excellence in the Company.
Now #InsanNindya, later NLC will become a stand-alone unit to facilitate the process of learning, training and education in order to improve the competence of Human Resources (HR) through various forms of forum sharing sessions, seminars, e-learning, and other intensive education both online or offline.
