Nindya Beton is led by the New Captain

A subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) which is engaged in the Precast Concrete, Readymix and Construction businesses, PT Nindya Beton is now led by the New Board of Commissioners and Directors. Shareholders of PT Nindya Beton officially appointed a new Board of Commissioners and Directors on Monday (11/10).

The event, which was held at the Garuda Room on the 8th floor, Nindya Building, appointed four officials consisting of two members of the Board of Commissioners, namely Arista Febri Eriyawan as President Commissioner, Fajar Rahwinto Suharto as Commissioner, and two Directors, namely Okven Ronaldo as President Director and Director. Operations and Budi Harto as Finance Director. This appointment is a follow-up to the results of the previous General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

Held in a hybrid manner, the event was attended by shareholders including NINDYA and PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) who were present online. The appointment of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Nindya Beton is carried out for sustainable development in order to increase innovation and productivity in subsidiaries.

In his remarks, the President Director of PT Nindya Karya Haedar A. Karim on behalf of the shareholders, said that the change in management and field of work is one of the successes of the company that continues to move. "Hopefully the officials who are inaugurated today can carry out their duties and responsibilities with confidence and can improve performance for a better company in the future," he hoped.
