Nindya Karya Conducts Groundbreaking for BTN Bank Building Project at Kelapa Gading Square Branch Office

Jakarta - The BTN Bank branch office construction project in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta, officially started through a groundbreaking event on Thursday, November 28, 2024. This project is a BUMN collaboration between BTN Bank and PT Nindya Karya which is trusted as a construction service provider.

The groundbreaking event was held in 3 different places, namely Kelapa Gading Square Branch Office, Kebon Jeruk Branch Office and Pondok Indah Branch Office. The Director of Operations 2 Nindya Karya Arif Putranto accompanied by Senior Vice President of QHSE Dedication Firansyah, Vice President of Market Development of the Building Division Satrio Indrawibowo and Rani Kardiani as Project Manager were present at the main venue of the groundbreaking event located at the Kebon Jeruk Branch Office. Meanwhile, Vice President of Production 2 of the Building Division Dheni Mahardian and Vice President of Estimating of the Building Division Berman were present at the Kelapa Gading Square Branch Office.

In his remarks, Director of Operations 2 Nindya Karya Arif Putranto said that Nindya Karya is ready to synergize with Bank BTN in building the country. Arif also explained that Nindya Karya as a BUMN providing construction services has high enthusiasm and dedication in development and is committed to prioritizing quality, safety & time efficiency.

This project is located on Jl. Boulevard Barat Raya, Kelapa Gading Barat Village, Kelapa Gading District, North Jakarta City. Having an area of ​​2,183 m⊃2; with a total building area of ​​7,579 m⊃2; consisting of 6 floors and 2 basements, this project has an implementation period of 360 calendar days and a maintenance period of 180 calendar days.

The groundbreaking event ended with a symbolic pressing of buttons together in 3 different locations, marking the start of the construction phase. With the start of this project, both companies hope to have a significant positive impact on the development of the economy and banking sector in Indonesia.
