Nindya Karya Cooperates with Bank Mandiri to Facilitate Access to Home Ownership

PT Nindya Karya (Persero) through the Property Division has collaborated with Bank Mandiri to facilitate access to home ownership. This was marked by the signing of the Cooperation Agreement for the Utilization of Mortgages, Banking Products and Services which took place at the Nindya Building on Tuesday (19/4).

On this occasion the signing was carried out by the General Manager of the Property Division of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Andri Suhendar and Area Head Jakarta Pondok Kelapa – Region IV/Jakarta 2 PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, L. Nicholas C. Situmorang.

This collaboration is carried out to make it easier for the community to own a house, namely related to the financing of Home Ownership Credit (KPR) for managing funds for housing built by PT Nindya Karya (Persero).

The signing of this collaboration is a form of Nindya's commitment in accordance with the "Collaboration" Moral Core Value to continue to synergize with other SOEs, as well as mark the start of the collaboration between PT Nindya Karya (Persero) and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
