Nindya Karya GMS: 2024 RKAP ratified by Danareksa Holding, Nindya Karya Continues to Target Growth

Jakarta - PT Nindya Karya held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to discuss the ratification of the 2024 Company Work Budget Plan (RKAP) together with the Danareksa Holding Parent, on Tuesday (30/01) at the Danareksa Tower, Central Jakarta.

The event was led by Investment Director 3 of PT Danareksa (Persero) Adi Pamungkas Daskian as a shareholder and attended by Nindya Karya President Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago and Nindya Karya President Commissioner Rachman Arief Dienaputra.

On that occasion, Nindya Karya President Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago conveyed Nindya Karya's achievements during 2023 and continued with the Company's Work Budget Plan and strategic initiatives in 2024.

"Nindya Karya is targeting new contract growth in 2024 by emphasizing risk management and being selective in participating in tenders to generate optimal profits." said Moeharmein.

As one of the companies that has a major contribution to the Danareksa holding, Nindya Karya is optimistic that it can achieve the company's targets and provide more value for shareholders, as well as have a positive impact on the Indonesian economy.
