Nindya Karya Holds National Working Meeting; Optimistic to Achieve 2024 Target

Jakarta, (26/1) - Nindya Karya held a National Working Meeting (Rakernas) at the Multipurpose Hall, 9th Floor, Nindya Building. The Rakernas focused on determining the company's targets in 2024 as well as evaluating contract acquisition and net profit achieved in 2023.
Carrying the theme "Enchance GRC Toward the Excellent", in addition to discussing the 2024 target, this Rakernas encouraged business processes to be able to identify risks through future opportunities and threats. In addition, good corporate governance must be prioritized, both compliance, and creating a culture of ethical leadership and responsible decision-making.
This Rakernas was attended by Nindya Karya President Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, Marketing & Development Director Arif Putranto, Production & HSE Director Firmansyah, Finance, HR and Risk Management Director Sri Haryanto, Senior Executive Vice President of Investment of PT Danareksa, Edward Batubara, Senior Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Vice President, Division Manager & Subsidiary of PT Nindya Karya.
In his speech, Nindya Karya President Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago said that Nindya Karya is the only part of Danareksa that works in the construction sector. Danareksa opens its doors wide to seize opportunities in the Danareksa ecosystem.
"As the company's main asset, Talent mobility must be maintained and its HR must be improved so that it can contribute more to coloring the Danareksa holding," he added.
Meanwhile, Senior Executive Vice President of Investment of PT Danareksa, Edward Batubara said, in terms of ecosystem, Nindya Karya has a very large potential to utilize the Danareksa Holding business ecosystem for investment and other collaborations.
In addition, Edward who was present representing the management of the Danareksa Holding Parent also said that Nindya Karya needs to strengthen its financial competitiveness to show that Nindya Karya is a healthy company.
"To strengthen its financial competitiveness, Nindya Karya needs to conduct a roadshow to banks to show that Nindya Karya has healthy finances." Edward said
Previously, on (22-24/1) Nindya Karya had also conducted a Pre-Rakernas covering the fields of marketing, production, and finance.
Closing the activity, Nindya Karya President Director Moeharmein Zein Chaniago committed that Nindya Karya could continue to follow the changing times and always prioritize competence and quality.
