Nindya Karya Holds Opening Audit Surveillance for ISO 37000:2021 and ISO 37301:2021

JAKARTA, (20/11) – Nindya Karya held an Opening Audit Surveillance event for ISO 37000:2021 certification on Governance of Organizations and ISO 37301:2021 on Compliance Management Systems. This event was held as part of the company's commitment to implementing good governance and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The hybrid activity was attended by Director of Finance and Risk Management Sri Haryanto, representative of external auditor PT Tüv Nord Indonesia Leopold Hutapea and employees from various related divisions. In his remarks, Sri Haryanto stated that this audit process is a strategic step to increase stakeholder trust in the company's transparency and accountability.

"ISO 37000:2021 and ISO 37301:2021 certification is not just a document, but a reflection of a work culture that prioritizes integrity, compliance, and sustainable governance," said Sri Haryanto.

This surveillance audit will include a review of the implementation of policies, procedures, and the implementation of governance and compliance systems across the company's operational lines. This process is carried out by an independent certification body with an international reputation to ensure the objectivity of the audit results.
