Nindya Karya Inaugurates Organic Fertilizer Processing Facility Converted into Maggots

Nindya Karya inaugurated the building of an organic fertilizer processing facility converted into Maggots in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta (30/1). This development was carried out through Nindya's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program as support in utilizing organic waste that is processed into maggots and can be of economic value to the surrounding community.
The processing of this organic waste is processed into a food chain that will later produce maggots and be farmed for sale, so that it can create economic value. The existing organic waste no longer pollutes the environment and produces a healthy environment.
Trirenggo Village Head Ernawati hopes, "This synergy will not stop here and this assistance can continue to grow. So that it can open up job vacancies for the surrounding community," he said.
Meanwhile, Vice President of TJSL and General Affairs of PT Nindya Karya Muhammad Rusdi in his remarks stated that this program is expected to improve the welfare of the community, create a clean environment and utilize environmental waste into something more useful.
This is in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Environmental Pillar Number 13, namely Addressing Climate Change.
