Nindya Karya Representative Attends the World's First Global Leadership Training for Occupational HSE Professionals in Dublin

Hana Fajrianti as a representative of Nindya Karya and the only participant representing Indonesia, attended the Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) activity, the world's first global leadership training for professionals in the fields of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment in Dublin, Ireland, on June 7-9, 2024.

This activity was held by a team from the International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA) in collaboration with the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOSH). The representative from Nindya Karya was successfully selected as one of 35 delegate participants from a total of more than 70 people who registered.

Participants in this training took part in materials related to global leadership. The main material taught was about self-awareness and working in diversity.

"The material presented helps participants to interpret and understand deeply & philosophically that diversity in strengths & weaknesses is a natural thing so that good self-control is needed through self-awareness to be able to work together in a team and lead better," said Hana enthusiastically.
