PADANG - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) signed a Cooperation Agreement with the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office on Thursday (June 4, 2026) regarding the handling of Civil and State Administrative legal matters.

The event was attended by the Head of the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, Dedie Tri Hariyadi, S.H., M.H.; Director of Operations 1 of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Fatchurrohman; Senior Vice President of Infrastructure 1 of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), Alfriady Zuliansyah; and Nindya Karya's VPs and Project Heads.

This cooperation agreement represents a strategic step for Nindya Karya in strengthening corporate governance, particularly in the areas of Civil and State Administrative Law, through legal assistance, legal advice, and legal risk mitigation in the company's business activities.
