Nindya Karya Strengthens Office Engineer Competencies through Batch 2 Training

JAKARTA - PT Nindya Karya (Persero), through the Nindya Learning Center (NLC), held Batch 2 of the To Be Office Engineer (OE) Training on May 20–22, 2026, via a hybrid Zoom meeting and in the 9th-floor hall of the Nindya Karya Building. This training aims to prepare prospective OEs and improve the competencies of new OEs in integrated project control, covering time, cost, quality, administration, and reporting. The program also provides participants with a more comprehensive understanding of the OE role, including technical, administrative, and work communication aspects.
In the opening of the training, Eduard Batubara, Director of Business Development and Human Resources of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), emphasized that strengthening OE competencies is part of the company's strategy to develop superior human resources. He also emphasized that OEs need technical and analytical skills, as well as direct field involvement, for effective project control.
The training also featured Fatchurrohman, Director of Operations 1 of PT Nindya Karya (Persero), as a resource person in a sharing session titled "Building Under Pressure: Construction Strategy Amidst Geopolitical Conflict." He explained the impact of global dynamics on budget estimates (RAB), contracts, cash flow, project margins, and potential claims, as well as the company's anticipatory strategies going forward.
Through this activity, PT Nindya Karya (Persero) affirmed its long-term commitment to continuously developing competent, adaptive, and highly integrated human resources to support project success and business sustainability.
