Nindya Karya Subsidiary Holds General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023 Performance

JAKARTA (27/6) - PT Nindya Karya subsidiary PT Karya Logistik Nusantara (KLN) has held a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to discuss the company's performance throughout 2023. This meeting was held at the Symphony II Room, Habitare Apart Hotel, Rasuna Said, Jakarta. and attended by all representatives of BUMN Karya such as, Nindya Karya, Adhi Karya, Hutama Karya, Waskita Karya, Brantas Abipraya, Pembangunan Perumahan and Wijaya Karya as shareholders of KLN.

In the GMS, shareholders received a report on the company's financial and operational performance submitted by the Board of Directors. This report includes important achievements throughout 2023, including revenue, operations and projects that have been successfully obtained.

President Director of PT KLN subsidiary Fery Hendriyanto said, 2023 was a year full of challenges, but the company managed to show quite good performance.

"We are grateful for the support and trust of the shareholders. In the early years of the Company's establishment, it was full of challenges. However, we were able to get through it quite well," he said.

Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT Nindya Karya Sri Haryanto in the meeting expressed his appreciation for the performance that had been achieved and provided direction so that PT KLN could navigate the 2024-2025 years well.

"We appreciate the performance of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT KLN, and we also suggest that PT KLN can carry out several efficiencies in several areas, so that the Company's financial balance sheet improves," said Sri.

In the meeting, the shareholders also discussed the company's work plan and budget for 2024. The meeting was closed with the signing of the minutes by all parties present. By holding this GMS, Nindya Karya's subsidiary demonstrated its commitment to continue to be transparent and accountable in running its business.
