Nindya Karya's QHSE Division Holds QHSE Evaluation for Q4 2025, Strengthening Quality and Safety to Accelerate Project Performance

Jakarta – The Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Division of PT Nindya Karya recently successfully held its QHSE Evaluation Meeting for Q4 2025 Projects. Themed "Strategic Alignment QHSE: Quality and Safety to Accelerate Project Performance," this routine activity provides a crucial opportunity to align QHSE strategy with project performance, while simultaneously enhancing the capabilities of Quality Control (QC) and HSE personnel across all projects within PT Nindya Karya.

Held in the 9th-floor auditorium of the Nindya Karya Building on Monday–Tuesday, December 8–9, 2025, the first day's agenda began with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to present project performance. This session continued with the presentation of QHSE Performance for 2025 from the Planning, Control, and QHSE Assurance & Customer Satisfaction teams. Participants also received material on Leadership, Negotiation, and Communication Skills for High-Performance QHSE Teams delivered by Dr. Ir. Bimo Prasetyo as a provision to strengthen the role of QHSE in supporting project success.

On the second day, the series of activities included presentations on Risk Management & ESG, a socialization of the Changes to the P2K3 Regulations, and a Discuss & Engage session focused on strengthening HSE and Quality implementation in the field. The event concluded with a persuasive conversation by the SVP of QHSE, who emphasized the QHSE 2026 Commitment as a shared direction for realizing safe, high-quality, and sustainable projects.

Through regular evaluations and strengthening the competencies of QHSE personnel, Nindya Karya is optimistic about continuing to improve project performance, maintain the trust of its partners, and provide added value to all stakeholders.
