NINDYA Signs MoU on Cooperation in Energy Infrastructure Investment in South Sulawesi

Makassar - PT Nindya Karya (Persero) along with PT Indah Karya (Persero) and PT Sulsel Citra Indonesia (Perseroda) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on investment cooperation in the energy and infrastructure sector in South Sulawesi province on Tuesday (19/10).

Located at the Office of the Deputy Governor of South Sulawesi, the signing of the MoU represented NINDYA Director of Marketing and Development, Moeharmein Zein Chaniago, President Director of Indah Karya, Muhammad Sapri Pamulu and President Director of South Sulawesi Citra Indonesia, Yasir Susanto Machmud witnessed by Plt. Governor of South Sulawesi, Andi Sudirman Sulaiman.

In the MoU, NINDYA and the parties involved agreed to explore investment cooperation through optimizing the use of alternative energy/New and Renewable Energy (EBT) in South Sulawesi such as the Wind Power Plant (PLTB), Hydro Power Plant (PLTA), Power Plant Gas (PLTG), Solar Power Plants (PLTS) and Hybrid Power Plants and other renewable energy.

The role of NINDYA in future MoUs covers the scope of project development, planning, design, funding/investment, procurement and construction.

With the signing of this MoU, NINDYA seeks to strengthen its business activities going forward by creating new business potentials that are able to drive all business pillars owned through potential and profitable investment activities outside of the existing market share in the government infrastructure project sector.
