OIKN and Nindya Karya Solidify Preparations for 8 Civil Servant Housing Towers in the National Capital Region

Penajam Paser Utara (11/12) - At the OIKN office, Nindya Karya held a preparatory meeting with the Indonesian Capital City Authority (OIKN) regarding the preparation of the 8 Civil Servant Housing Towers for the KPBU project. This residential project will be built in the WP 1A area and will include eight towers with 288 residential units measuring approximately 190 m², embracing Green Building and Smart Building standards to support a modern and sustainable government area.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the National Capital Region Authority, Basuki Hadimuljono; Nindya Karya President Director Firmansyah; Director of Operations 1 Fatchurrohman; Director of Operations 2 Arif Putranto; and Director of Business Development and Human Resources Eduard Batubara. The discussion focused on aligning development visions, technical readiness, and strengthening commitment to supporting the accelerated development of civil servant housing facilities in the National Capital Region.

This audience strengthened the understanding and collaboration between OIKN and PT Nindya Karya in finalizing preparations for the construction of eight PPP-based civil servant housing towers. This modern, sustainable, and integrated residential project is expected to be a crucial foundation for realizing a functional, comfortable, and future-oriented government area in the Indonesian capital.
