PT Nindya Karya and the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office Establish Cooperation on Civil and Administrative Legal Matters

Banda Aceh (October 8) — PT Nindya Karya officially signed a cooperation agreement with the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) regarding the handling of civil and administrative legal matters.

The signing was conducted by Bambang Asmoro, Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Division 1 of PT Nindya Karya, and Yudi Triadi, S.H., M.H., Head of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office. Also present were Djirzise Abdul Hakim, Vice President of Production 1 of Infrastructure Division 1, and M. Ibrahim, Vice President of Legal Non-Litigation of PT Nindya Karya.

According to Bambang Asmoro, this collaboration demonstrates Nindya Karya's commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance and strengthening the effectiveness of resolving legal issues faced by the company.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office, Yudi Triadi, welcomed this synergy as a joint effort to create a conducive business climate and support the implementation of national strategic projects in Aceh.
