Synergy of Nindya Karya with the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office Realizes Handling of Civil and State Administrative Legal Issues

JAKARTA – In order to realize the handling of Civil and State Administrative legal issues, PT Nindya Karya has established cooperation with the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office. This cooperation was marked by the signing of a joint agreement document on Wednesday (20/3) at the Ballroom of the St. Regis Hotel, Kuningan, Jakarta.

The document was signed directly by the Head of the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Dr. R. Narendra Jatna S.H., L.L.M. together with Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Division 2 Nindya Karya Fatchurrohman. Also present at the event were the Assistant for Civil and State Administrative Affairs of the Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Badruttamam, S.H., L.L.M, Expert Staff of Danareksa Holding, Andar Perdana Widiastono, President Director of Nindya Karya Moeharmein Zein C. and Director of Operations 1 Nindya Karya, Firmansyah.

The Head of the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office, Narendra Jatna, said that the prosecutor's task in the civil and state administrative fields is to provide legal assistance, either through litigation in the court process or non-litigation outside the court. Then provide an explanation of legal considerations in the form of legal opinions or legal assistance.

"In carrying out these duties and authorities, problems may arise from clients, work partners, and/or even from internal parties, especially related to legal issues in the Civil and State Administrative fields," he said.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Nindya Karya Moeharmein Zein C. said that the signing was an effort to synergize the two institutions to provide the best results in providing legal problem solving services. Especially in managing company activities in the DKI Jakarta area.
