Two Srikandi Nindya Receive Outstanding Employee Award 2020

Jakarta - Nindya gave awards to two Company Heroines who truly made a positive contribution and had an impact on improving performance and a positive image for the Company based on Nindya's Core Values, namely AKHLAK at the RAKERNAS (National Working Meeting) which was held in the Garuda meeting room. 8th floor via cloudx virtual meeting. The criteria for selecting Outstanding Employees are measured based on commitment to implementing AKHLAK's behavior guidelines in carrying out their responsibilities, namely Amanah (Upholding the trust given), Competent (Continuously learning and developing capabilities), Harmonious (Caring for and appreciating differences), Loyal (Dedicated and prioritizing the interests of the Nation and the State, Adaptive (Continuously innovating and enthusiastic in moving or facing change), Collaborative (Building synergistic cooperation)

Those selected were Rani Kardiani, Project Manager for the Renovation Work of the Kemayoran Athlete Building Building as the Covid19-4 Emergency Hospital (RRSDC20-04). This employee was able and succeeded in improving the image of NINDYA KARYA in the renovation work of the Kemayoran Athlete Village into a Covid-19 Emergency Hospital. The implementation of work completion with strict Health protocols and the potential risk of being exposed to Covid-19 can be completed faster than the specified time and with quality according to the specified specifications as well as additional profit contributions to the company. The ability to collaborate between directions from management and from the employer (owner) can present works in the form of health facilities for the response to Covid-19 in Indonesia.

And Rensia Erlyana Majid, Project Manager for the Development of Integrated Supporting Facilities and Infrastructure (PLBN) in West Kalimantan (Entikong, Aruk, Badau). Even though it is far from urban areas and is in a border area that is relatively difficult to reach, it does not hinder Rensi's enthusiasm for achievement. he succeeded in bringing the West Kalimantan Integrated PLBN Supporting Facilities and Infrastructure Development Project to be one of the projects that was of the right quality, was on time, and provided added value to the Company. This is evident from the additional contribution of profit and completion of work faster than the set time. In addition, several achievements have been made including the consistent implementation of ERP and the title of Zero Accident project from the Directorate of Human Settlements of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), West Kalimantan Region. The best performance given is of course in line with the government's goal of developing the PLBN in order to make the PLBN a new economic center in the outer regions of Indonesia.

Congratulations to Rani Kardiani and Rensia Erlyana Majid who were selected as Outstanding Employees in 2020, hopefully they can inspire other employees to continue to improve their performance and compete to be the best.
